Mary & Faith's Traditional Marriage

Mary and Faith’s traditional marriage was a unification of two cultures. An Efik wedding and Edo wedding. The event hit the city of Igbogbo-Ikorodu like a storm, unleashing myriads of colorful cultural displays. Band EnRoute was there to take the families of the bride and groom on a merry-go-round. Waltzing through Afro-Pop, some Gospel vibes and then, Efik and Edo traditional songs, we showcased our versatility.

Also honoring the couple as the EmCee of the event, was the popular Nollywood comic, Okon lagos.

The groom’s brother reached out to Band EnRoute from outside the country, to book our services for Mary & Faith’s traditional marriage ceremony. There is nothing like having family come together to help one of their own start-off on a new path, or chart a new course in life.
