BandEnRoute brought down the roof at an Olori’s 70th birthday bash this weekend. I encountered three beautiful women this week during the course of this event. The first one is a friend and a long-time fan of the brand. She called and said to me “Isaac, my friend is going to call you, her mother is having a birthday party”. 

The friend called, we talked, payment was made, I went to check the venue, then went to see her. I was waiting at the reception when a personification of elegance dropped into the seat in front of me… She was the celebrant’s daughter.

And then it was D-day. The celebrant danced in beside her husband, to Band EnRoute’s delivery of appropriate songs. Her smile was so radiant that I began to have doubts if this was truly an Olori’s 70th birthday.

The 70th birthday celebration of Olori (Deaconess) Cecilia Ayodele Ojo was a blast. The music was pumping and yet again, we made our mark.
